Poe Center for Health & Education

This letter is written in support of The A.C.E. Sports Academy enrichment program. A.C.E has been a great success for our students. Several of our student athletes have benefited from this amazing program. Even students who are not athletes were excited about participating in the lessons and activities. The students felt that it was great to have someone who was a student, athlete, or coach leading the program. Coach Rainey gave the students great tools to help them through their high school and even college years as athletes.

Many stated that A.C.E Sports Academy instruction on life lessons, “were very helpful and will be useful throughout life.” The students and staff felt that the coaches were very supportive of the kids and took the time to teach skills and the importance of academics and athletics. We plan to continue this program in the upcoming school year and are so grateful for the positive impact it has had for our students.

As an educator who has gotten the opportunity to implement a variety of programs for students, I fully support The A.C.E Sports Academy.
